Animal Sanctuary

In 2020 NMWR will offically become North Mountain Wildlife and Biodiversity Center.  While maintaining our wildlife rehab services, we are also providing long term sanctuary for non-domestic exotic and native animals that cannot be released into the wild.

The mission of the sanctuary is to improve the welfare of the animals in our care, while promoting the importance of animal welfare, biodiversity and ecosystem preservation through educational programs and community outreach.

The types of animals included in our Sanctuary include reptiles, amphibians, mammals, birds and invertebrates.

**We do not take in domestic or farm animals.
